【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthenomenclatureandsharedsemanticsforacollectionofdatatypescommonlyoccurringinprogramminglanguagesandsoftwareinterfaces,referredtoastheLanguage-Independent(LI)Datatypes.Itspecifiesbothprimitivedatatypes,inthesenseofbeingdefinedabinitiowithoutreferencetootherdatatypes,andnon-primitivedatatypes,inthesenseofbeingwhollyorpartlydefinedintermsofotherdatatypes.ThespecificationofdatatypesinthisInternationalStan-dardis"language-independent"inthesensethatthedatatypesspecifiedareclassesofdatatypesofwhichtheactualdatatypesusedinprogramminglanguagesandotherentitiesrequiringtheconceptdatatypeareparticularinstances.ThisInternationalStandardexpresslydistinguishesthreenotionsof"datatype",namely:~theconceptual,orabstract,notionofadatatype,whichcharacterizesthedatatypebyitsnominalvaluesandproperties;~thestructuralnotionofadatatypc,whichcharacterizesthedatatypeasaconceptualorganizationofspecificcomponentdatatypeswithspecificfunctionalities;and~theimplementationnotionofadatatype,whichcharacterizesthedatatypebydefiningtherulesforrepresentationofthedatatypeinagivenenvironment.ThisInternationalStandarddefinestheabstractnotionsofmanycommonlyusedprimitiveandnon-primitivedatatypeswhichpossessthestructuralnotionofatomicity.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotdefineallatomicdatatypes;itdefinesonlythosewhicharecommoninprogramminglanguagesandsoftwareinterfaces.ThisInternationalStandarddefinesstructuralnotionsforthespecificationofothernon-primitivedatatypesandprovidesameansbywhichdatatypesnotdefinedhereincanbedefinedstructurallyintermsoftheLIdatatypesdefinedherein.ThisInternationalStandarddefinesapartialvocabularyforimplementationnotionsofdatatyposandprovidesfor,butdoesnotrequire,theuseofthisvocabularyinthedefinitionofdatatypes.Theprimarypurposeofthisvocabularyistoidentifycommonimplementationnotionsassociatedwithdatatypesandtodistinguishthemfromconceptualnotions.SpecificationsfortheuseofimplementationnotionsaredeemedtobeoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard,whichisconcernedsolelywiththeidentificationanddistinctionofdatatypes.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequiredelementsofmappingsbetweentheLIdatatypesandthedatatypcsofsomeotherlanguage.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifythepreciseformofamapping,butrathertherequiredinformationcontentofamapping.
