【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardspecifiesthesafetyrulesfortheconstructionandinstallationofpermanentlyinstallednewelectricserviceliftswithtractionorpositivedrive,orhydraulicserviceliftsdefinedasliftingequipment,servingdefinedlandinglevels,havingacar,theinteriorofwhichisregardedasinaccessibletopersonsonaccountofitsdimensionsandmeansofconstruction,suspendedbyropesorchainsorsupportedbyaramandmovingbetweenrigidverticalguiderailsorguiderailswhoseinclinationtotheverticaldoesnotexceed15°anddrivenelectricallyorhydraulically.Thisstandardcoversserviceliftswithratedloadnotexceeding300kilogrammesandnotintendedtomovepersons.1.2Inadditiontotherequirementsofthisstandardsupplementaryrequirementsshallbeconsideredinspecialcases(potentiallyexplosiveatmosphere,extremeclimateconditions,seismicconditions,transportingdangerousgoods,etc.).1.3Thisstandarddoesnotcover:a)serviceliftswithdrivesotherthanstatedb)importantmodifications(seeannexE)toaserviceliftinstalledbeforethisstandardisbroughtintoapplication;c)liftingappliances,suchaspaternosters,mineslifts,theatricallifts,applianceswithautomaticcaging,skipsandhoistsforbuildingandpublicworkssites,ships'hoists,platformsforexplorationordrillingatsea,constructionandmaintenanceappliances;d)installationswheretheinclinationoftheguiderailstotheverticalexceeds15°;e)safetyduringtransport,installation,repairsanddismantlingofservicelifts;f)theuseofglassforthewallsofthewell,forthecarandforthelandingdoorsincludingthevisionpanels.However,thisstandardmayusefullybetakenasabasis.Noiseandvibrationsarenotdealtwithinthisstandardbecausethesearenotrelevanttothesafeuseoftheservicelift.Firepropagationisnotdealtwithinthisstandard.1.4Tosatisfytheconditionofinaccessibilitytothecar,thecardimensionsshallnotexceed:a)forfloorarea,1,0m2;b)fordepth,1,0m;c)forheight,1,20m.Theheightof1,20mshallnotbelimitedifthecarcomprisesseveralpermanentcompartments,eachofwhichsatisfiestheaboverequirements.Inparticular,liftingequipmentintendedexclusivelyforthetransportationofgoods,buthavingacarwithdimensionsexceedinganyoneofthefiguresaboveshallnotbeenteredinthecategory'servicelifts'.1.5Thisstandardcoversthesafetyrequirementsforserviceliftswithratedspeedsupto1m/s.NOTEForserviceliftswithhigherratedspeedsadditionalrequirementsshallbeappliedasappropriateinordertomaintainthesamelevelofsafety.
