【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestotheBASICSAFETYandESSENTIALPERFORMANCEofMEDICALELECTRICALEQUIPMENTandMEDICALELECTRICALSYSTEMS,hereafterreferredtoasMEEQUIPMENTandMESYSTEMS.IfaclauseorsubclauseisspecificallyintendedtobeapplicabletoMEEQUIPMENTonly,ortoMESYSTEMSonly,thetitleandcontentofthatclauseorsubclausewillsayso.Ifthatisnotthecase,theclauseorsubclauseappliesbothtoMEEQUIPMENTandtoMESYSTEMS,asrelevant.HAZARDSinherentintheintendedphysiologicalfunctionofMEEQUIPMENTorMESYSTEMSwithinthescopeofthisstandardarenotcoveredbyspecificrequirementsinthisstandardexceptin7.2.13and8.4.1.Thisstandardcanalsobeappliedtoequipmentusedforcompensationoralleviationofdisease,injuryordisability.InvitrodiagnosticequipmentthatdoesnotfallwithinthedefinitionofMEEQUIPMENTiscoveredbytheIEC61010seriesFF2F).ThisstandarddoesnotapplytotheimplantablepartsofactiveimplantablemedicaldevicescoveredbyISO14708-1
