【摘要】:IECGuide111isahorizontalpublicationwhichgivesguidancefortheharmonizationofproductandsystemstandardswithinsubstationswherethehighestvoltageforequipmentishigherthan1kV.Itprimarilyaddressesconventionala.c.equipmentwhichisfoundinhighvoltage(HV)substationsinmostcases.ThisGuidecontainsrecommendationsforcommonspecificationsforallHVsubstationproductstandards,eachofwhichisaugmentedbythetechnicalbackgroundspecifictoeachTC,whichnaturallyretainsfreedominitstechnicalchoices.WhereHVpowerelectronicequipmentispartofanHVsubstation,forexample,HVDCorSVC,economicsandtechnologydictateadeviationfromcommonclausesasstandardizedfora.c.equipment.However,whendevelopingproductstandardsforHVpowerelectronicequipmentforuseinHVsubstations,thecommonrecommendationsofthisGuideshouldbeadoptedasfaraspossible.Clearly,anyspecificationinthisguidewhichisinapplicabletoacertaintypeofproduct,becauseofthatproduct'sinherentcharacteristics,forexample,shouldnotbetakenintoaccountwhenwritingstandardsforthattypeofproduct.
