【摘要】:Thispracticecanbeusedfortheevaluationofnewandremanufacturedtonercartridgesandtheirrespectivecomponentsusedinanelectrophotographicprocess.Thistestissuitableforresearchanddevelopment,andqualityacceptanceevaluations.1.1Thispracticecoversaproceduretodeterminetheweightoftonerusedforprintingasinglepagederivedfromanelectrophotographicprocess.Thepracticeusesaprintertexttargetspecificallydevelopedforeachprinterforapagecoverageof50.5%oftheprintablearea.Thispracticerequiresspecifictoolsandskillsfordisassemblingandreassemblingprintercartridges.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandards.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
