【摘要】:ThetestsdetailedinthisstandardarecarriedoutbythemanufacturerandapplytoproductswithinthescopeofEN60335-1.Thesetestsareintendedtorevealavariationduringthemanufactureofapplianceswhichcouldimpairsafety.Theydonotimpairthepropertiesandthereliabilityoftheapplianceandaretobecarriedoutoneachappliance.Theyarenormallycarriedoutonthecompleteapplianceafterassemblybutthemanufacturermayperformthetestsatanappropriatestageduringproduction,providedlatermanufacturingoperationswouldnotaffecttheresults.NOTEComponentsarenotsubjectedtotheseroutinetestsiftheyhavebeenpreviouslycheckedbysuitableroutinetests.Themanufacturermayuseatestprocedurewhichisbettersuitedtohisproductionarrangementsprovidedthatapplianceswhichwithstandthosetestshaveatleastthesamedegreeofsafetyasappliancesthatwithstandthetestsspecifiedinthisstandard.Theroutinetestslistedinthisstandardaretheminimumconsiderednecessarytocoveressentialsafetyaspects.Itistheresponsibilityofthemanufacturertodecideifadditionalroutinetestsarenecessary.Itmaybedeterminedfromengineeringconsiderationsthatsomeofthetestsrequiredinthisstandardareimpracticableorinappropriateandthereforeunnecessary.Ifaproductfailsanyofthetests,itissubjectedtoallofthetestsafterrepairand/oradjustment.TherearenoadditionalrequirementsforparticularappliancesunlessstatedintherelevantstandardsheetofSection2.
